Players please be aware of your assigned ring(s) and be ready when your division is announced to compete as entry fees will not be refunded due to missed divisions.

8:00 am - Doors Open
Pre-registration Check-In and Day of Event Registration
9:30 am - Tournament Rules Presentation
All Players, Officials, Coaches, Instructors, and Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
10:00 am - Competition Begins after the National Anthem
Competition will start with the 35-44 & 45+ Black Belt Forms Divisions
NOTE: No Adult (18+) Black Belt Divisions will start before 12:00 noon
Pre-Register and avoid waiting in line at Registration!
Check-In Stations will be available for all attendees who pre-register. Check-In will be by School or Team whether there's one Player or one hundred.
When you arrive at Registration, proceed to the Host Station to place your School or Team name on the list! Names will be called up in order.
Pre-Registered Players will be grouped under their School or Team. Please designate a representative to report to the Check-In Station to pick up all Player passes and to be your focal contact for your members.
Group members who are Spectators or want a Coach's pass should also be present whether paid or unpaid.
DAY OF REGISTRATION STATION
There will be two (2) Player Card Stations for those registering on the Day Of the Tournament.
"Day Of" Spectator and Coaches Passes may be purchased here as well.
OFFICIALS & STAFF STATION
Our valued Officials and Staff members will Check-In and pick up their IDs at the Officials & Staff Check-In Station.
Like the "Waiting List" used at restaurants, you will be able to put your name on our "Wait List", eliminate standing in Line, and relax until you're called up for Check-In.
Upon arriving in the Tournament Lobby, proceed to the Host Station to place your name on the Wait List. Then relax until your name is called!
Whether One or One Hundred Players, the Check-In will be Quick and Easy!
