Players please be aware of your assigned ring(s) and be ready when your division is announced to compete as entry fees will not be refunded due to missed divisions.

9:30 am - Rules Presentation
All Players, Officials, Coaches, Instructors, and Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
10:00 am - Competition Begins after the National Anthem
NOTE: No Adult (18+) Black Belt Divisions will start before 12:00 noon
GUEST SERVICES STATIONS
All stations have been expanded to Check-in pre-paids and take payments for Guest & Coach Passes.
PRE-REGISTRATION
Your school or team representative will check in for their school or team at the Pre-registration station. Representatives will be responsible for distributing Player ID wristbands to their Players.
DAY-OF REGISTRATION
When you arrive at Registration, fill out the registration form and pay for your events. You will be notified when your wristband is ready for pick up.
OFFICIALS & STAFF BADGE STATION
Our valued pre-selected Officials and Staff members can Check-In and pick up their IDs at the Officials & Staff Badge Station. Day-of Officials and Staff must also check-in at the Badge Station to get an ID Badge.
When you come to Day-Of Registration, your name and cell phone number will be entered into our Wait List. You will receive a notification on your cell phone when your wristband is ready for pickup. For those without access to a cell phone, please listen for your name to be called.
